Privacy policy

This policy covers this website. It does not cover the products themselves, such as Isho Elimu and Tenant Manager.

When you send the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and your message. If you fill them in, we also collect your organization and the product you are asking about.

If you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we set no cookies of our own.

We use your details to reply to you. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

A few other companies help this website work:

• Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox and sends you a confirmation email.
• Google reCAPTCHA runs on every page to keep spam out of the contact form. It collects information about your device and browser and may set cookies. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.
• Our hosting provider sees your IP address, as any web host does. We also check it for a minute or so to limit how many messages one address can send. We do not store it.
• If you choose to chat with us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.

We keep your message for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. After that we delete it.

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them. Write to us and we will sort it out.

These rights come from Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. If we have not resolved your concern, you can also contact the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
