Each learner is listed with their admission number, UPI, class and guardian's phone number.

Record marks as the term goes

Each exam has its own column, with what it is marked out of and how much it counts. Type the marks in and the app works out each learner's overall score and level, with the class mean, highest and lowest underneath.

See how a class is doing

The merit list ranks a class and shows each learner's score and level in every subject. Above it are the class mean, the top performer, and how many learners need support.

Report cards for every learner

Pick a class and generate a report card for each learner. The KNEC formats are there too: SBA, KPSEA tabulation and KJSEA learner reports.

Set the fees for each grade and term

List what a grade pays in a term, such as tuition, meals and examination fees, and the app adds up the total. Each fee structure can be downloaded as a PDF.

Record fees as they are paid

Record each payment against a learner, whether it came by M-Pesa, cash or bank transfer. The totals show what has been collected and how it was paid.
